Having lived at Diamond Ridge for three years now, I am pleased to report that management is responsive when I need something handled, and helpful whenever neighbors cause an issue (which is super rare!) The property is well-maintained and beautiful. People here are friendly, professional, and respectful. I have not regretted my decision to move in and stay for a while! 🎶 Won’t you be my neighbor?! 🎶

I have loved living here! The area is well kept, and next to a nice walking trail. Amity is so quick to help with any issues and sends maintenance out quick when needed. Would definitley recommend!

Amity is truly such a wonderful property manager and human. She goes above and beyond for her residents and has helped me through some really hard, upsetting times. I’m very alone and tend to bother her often and she just rolls with it and talks to me. She’s been amazing! I love it here and I’m going on two years as a resident, and do not plan on leaving anytime soon! The location is great, and we love the trail being so easily accessible. They are very pet friendly, and it’s all around a good vibe and community! My neighbors are such gems!

I have been living at this property since July and have nothing but good things to say. The units are very well taken care of and a nice area. However, the best part of living here is the Property Manager, Britney. Any time we have needed something replaced, fixed, looked at.... I get an immediate response. At every other place I have lived at, it typically takes 1-3 business days for a response and usually with no solution or help... but with this property manager, it's right away. For example, our carpets needed an extra clean (wasn't urgent), but we had our place cleaned the NEXT day. This property is so professionally managed. I think one of the best things about Diamond Ridge is how attentive the manager and repairmen are. You can tell that they genuinely care about who rents/buys from them. I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone who is looking to rent!

Nice place to be, we have been here since October and its lived up to expectations, Nice property, quiet, nice neighbors, and a FANTASTIC property manager in Seanice. If not for her and the excellent help and support she provided - this would just be another Town home development, but people make the difference. We are so glad to be here! I wanted to update this review if a year ago - google doesn’t allow a new review if already reviewed - but I had to add a new comment. Our cooker stopped working in our unit - so we raised a service request abs a tech came out abs determined parts were required and as it was Christmas week, it was not possible to get any parts until after the holidays. This would have meant no Christmas dinner for us! I texted Amber - to see if there was anything that could be done - she worked the oracle! She arranged for a repairman to come on Christmas Eve (no mean feat) - abs the cooker was repaired! Amber truly saved our Christmas! Amber is a true STAR and always thinks of her residents, is responsive and tries to always make things happen! She makes the difference at Diamond Ridge!! Thank you Amber!!

I just had to write a review for the support we have received recently from Amber. We just recently experienced an issue with our Oven that would not work, so we went on line and raised a service request. Amber proactively followed up to arrange a maintenance call. The maintenance call took place the week of Christmas and we received the news that there may be parts required to complete the repair. WE were upset as the indication was that this would not take place until after the holidays, but Amber came to the rescue. She arranged for a technician to come to our unit on Christmas Eve and the repair was completed and all was working again! Amber saved Christmas for our family! I told amber she was a star - and it was meant from the heart. She went out of her way to help us and keep us informed of the steps to complete the repair!! Thanks Amber for rescuing Christmas and being such a positive and helpful resource!! She TRULY is a star - she makes the difference!

I'm still looking around for a place but, both Seanice and Nikole have been very prompt with their communication and quite informative about both Rockwell Village and Diamond Ridge. To make it even better, the property is quite modern and left me and my partner star-struck. This is the first place we looked and it's now set a high standard for every other places we are checking out.

The area is nice being close to the TRAX and the businesses on 12300 S, especially if you don’t want to rely on a car, it’s very easy to get around with a bicycle or a longboard. The neighbors are pretty chill, the unit-separating walls keep 99% of the sound from other units out. There’s quite a bit of space in the units themselves and plenty of closets. Signing the lease and everything leading up to it was easy and done well. However the place does have a few problems. The toilets are super cheap and clog too easily. Sometimes it’s very difficult to get them unclogged (we had to buy like a heavy duty plunger at Harbor Freight). I’ve never had such bad experiences using a toilet. The upstairs portion of the house gets very hot during the summer and the A/C does a poor job at cooling off the upstairs, so it can get uncomfortable to stay up there for long periods of time during the day. Finally, the sound-proofing on the rear and the front of the unit isn’t built very well and it’s not uncommon to (faintly) hear people talking from other people’s yards/balconies in the master bedroom.

We rented at Diamond Ridge for a year and it was great. The location is great; walking distance to Trax Blue Line, walking or short drive to shopping and dining. Management was always responsive with any concerns and the move out process was smooth and fair. We enjoyed our time at Diamond Ridge.

I seriously NEVER write reviews.. But this one just had to be done. Seanice, the Property Manager, is hands down amazing! She is so cute and friendly! She was extremely detailed and made sure all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. We are still not sure if we are moving to Utah quite yet, but we definitely will move here if all plans fall into place like we hope! Thank you Seanice and Alliance Property Management for the best experience we have had yet!!

Such a great place to live! New townhomes , clean, affordable and very peaceful. Management and maintenance staff are very Professional and very nice . if you ever need anything they are on top of it quick. although I will be purchasing a home in a few months I have really enjoyed living at diamond ridge townhomes.
